Think about this: Everything in the world, everything you see, hear, touch, feel, and smell is all made up of nothing more than vibrating atoms. Atoms themselves are just energy. Therefore, everything in the world is, at its essence, simply vibrating energy. This includes even intangible things like thoughts.
That’s right, thoughts are a form of energy. Thoughts have frequencies (like radio waves have frequencies) that can be measured and identified. Your thoughts, just like everything else in the universe, are just packets of vibrating energy.
These packets of energy that make up everything in the universe can (must) affect one another. They react to one another. When you press your thumb into a lump of clay, this is one packet of vibrating energy (your thumb) affecting another packet of vibrating energy (the clay).
The same is true of thoughts, which — as you know — are just some more packets of vibrating energy. Think a thought about something you see, and you affect that thing you see. One packet of vibrating energy (your thought) affects another packet of vibrating energy (the thing you see). Now, your thoughts don’t affect objects as noticably as your thumb does, because your thoughts aren’t as organized as a thumb, but your thoughts do affect things, all the same.

The difficulty of manifesting your desires arises from the fact that, for most of us and for most of the time, our thoughts are out of control. Our mind is like a beehive filled with thought-bees, except that beehives are better organized and better controlled. Our minds are more like beehives that have been put in a barrel and tossed over Niagara falls, causing out-of-control bee-collisions and wide-spread bee panic.
Much of the time, we are aware of only a tiny percentage of the thoughts that we’re thinking. Each thought that we intentionally have, such as, “I think I’ll make lunch now,” is generally followed by a roiling swarm of after-thoughts, shaking the foundation of the original thought and causing misery that we may feel, but are generally unaware that we’re actually creating for ourselves.
“I think I’ll make lunch now.” …

“Should I really be eating lunch? I’m so overweight. I should skip lunch and lose weight. I should stop eating all together and lose weight. I’ll never really lose weight. My father is fat and we all know that my body takes after my father’s, not my skinny mother’s. My father’s entire side of the family is fat, so of course I”m going to be fat. There’s no way out of it. I should just be happy with myself. Why put effort into losing weight when it will never work? My father did eventually lose some weight, but not till he was nearly 70. Could I lose weight in my 40’s? Apparently not, since every diet I’ve ever tried has been a failure. Not surprising, since I’m usually a failure. Right now, I could have a salad for lunch, but I won’t. I’ll go to Burger King and get the number 3 lunch, super-sized. Which is why I’ll never lose weight. Because I’m a failure.”
These bee swarms of negative, out-of-control thoughts boil about in our unconscious mind, creating a world in which we have a hard time manifesting our desires.
In order to gain control of what we manifest, we must gain control of our beehive minds. In order to control our beehive minds, we must learn to quiet the bees and train them to make honey, not beestings.
To control quiet our thoughts, we meditate. We meditate regularly and routinely, until we learn to keep our beehive minds under better control, which allows us to manifest our desires, using our thoughts, in a much more controlled and reliable way. This allows use to manifest EASILY.
